How to use Dual cable cross effectively

Cable crossover exercises isolate the entire chest muscle. The cable crossover can be used as an alternative to the dumbbell fly or pec deck machine fly. Dual cable cross is a cable system that allows the user to perform  wider range of movements than any other weight systems in the market. Most movements on a Dual cable cross machine can be performed on one side of the body at a time. This not only helps correct left-right imbalances, but it also forces your core muscles to work even harder to avoid rotating in certain exercises. We can perform a cable exercise in three planes :sagittal (forward and backward), frontal (side to side), and transverse (rotation).

Drive through your heels and keep your back flat to rise to standing. Take one step backward and stand with feet slightly wider than hips.

CABLE MUSCLE-UP
